Where Do I Vote? Here's How You Can Cast Your Vote Today

Here's everything you need to know regarding voting from your state

The 2020 presidential election is finally coming to an end, and it will be only a matter of time to see who the Americans have elected to lead the country. Although over 97.1 million Americans have already cast their ballots through the mail this year - almost twice the number from 2016 - owing to the pandemic, the Federal Election Commission is enabling people to vote physically at their local ballot centers on Tuesday. All the registered voters can walk into their local voting centers with a valid ID card and cast their vote. As per PEOPLE, here is the key information across all states as to where you can vote, what you will need to carry, and how to report polling related issues, in case you face any.

Check Your Voter Registration Status

You need to check where you are registered to be able to vote. Here's how you can do that.

1. Visit Vote.org and click Check Your Registration

2. Next enter your name and surname, current address, date of birth, and email address. Make sure all the information you've just given is accurate.

3. Click on check your registration

You will either see a confirmation that you are eligible to vote or that you need to register to vote. Alternatively, you can check the National Association of Secretaries of States' online tool.
